Back from indonesia. I guess I did enjoy the trip despite the impressions I were given before I left singapore. Nothing much happened on the first day. Just went for this ceremoney thing my father's friend invited us to but the whole thing was not in english, so it was obviously pretty boring for us.

Aceh is quite a nice place actually. Despite having huge areas of land still covered with rubble, or the remains of the houses still left standing, it's still possible to appreciate the beautiful scenery that surrounds the area. I'll upload pictures soon! Took some with houses with huge holes in them. Hahaha it looks pretty cool though.

Then bandung. Shopping! It's like a whole shopping area full of factory outlets and shops selling shoes and clothes that are cheap. I bought 2 pairs of shoes, 5 or 6 shirts and a jacket! I think my sister bought more than me. Yup and we visited a volcano. Ate half boiled eggs there! The water was hot enough to boil eggs. It feels like you're surrounded with paparazzi when you reach the place cos all the people selling stuff will just swarm around you and try to make you buy their things. There are like 4 or 5 who even walked the whole 2.4km with us just to get us to buy their stuff. Feel a bit sorry for them though. They need to resort to these ways to make a living.

Yup that's about it. I dont think i want to go into details so it's just the rough idea. I'll upload pictures tomorrow or something!
